I moved there because it was a pretty good location, and the apartment I was shown wasn't bad. The apartment I got was bad. When the people upstairs took a bath, the draining water came back up into my bathroom sink. It took them a week to fix it, and another 2 months to fix the hole the first rapair left in my bathroom wall. Next, the water heater upstairs went out and flooded the apartment. All the management would do was let me use one of their fans for a few days, so I was left with moldy carpet. Once the lease was up, I got away as fast as I could and was supposed to have a "walk-through" before getting the deposit back. After contacting them several times, it has never happened and still no walk-through or deposit refund... this must be the worst apartment complex in east Louisville (if not the worst in the whole city)
