I've lived in Kingswood for nearly a year. After living in much more expensive, high end apartments, I can't believe I've wasted thousands of extra dollars per year. The buildings are older, but they still get the job done. As for the inside, it's pretty standard as far as apartments are concerned. The bathrooms have tile floors and a marbled sink, but if you know someone that's good at decorating, they can look great. The floorplan is very spacious, and the master bedroom is very accomodating for a room/office or for king sized furniture. Closet space is abundant. The utility closet off the kitchen (W/D hookups in every apt) provides great storage, especially if you have a stack W/D. All of my neighbors are friendly and the management has responded quickly to all my requests.
Bottom line: If you're looking for a fancy place to live that lets everyone know how well you're doing, this isn't the place. If you want somewhere to sleep at night, entertain your friends and family and just live in general, you can't beat the price.
