Overall I've enjoyed my time at Mallard Crossing Apartments. The apartment is roomy and the staff is friendly. The pricetag is a bit high but St. Matthews is a bit more pricey than some of the farther out areas. Lots of shopping close by. The painting in the apartment seems to be a bit lax. Like the doors on the apartments as well as around doorknobs and such where no painters tape was used and the knobs got flecks of paint on them.

They could also do with changing the light bulbs on outside fixtures more often.
