Personally, I did not like the place

I worked nights. Grounds staff came around doing work, which I understand, but what I don't understand is why they have to stand outside your bedroom window for long periods of time with blowers in the grass. Sidewalks, OK. Grassy areas, no. This would also fill the apartment with the smell of gas fumes.
Folks DID NOT clean up after their dogs. My yard area was filled with dog droppings.
Too much alcohol around the pool. "Lifeguard" would yell at the little ones for moving too fast around pool area but would not say anything to the adults with glass bottles in the pool area.
Hot tub...well, I won't say what I THOUGHT I saw floating in it. I would not use it after that. In all honesty, though, a public hot tub probably is not the cleanest place to hang out.
We received letters stating to make sure our doors were locked, alarms were used, etc. due to increased robberies in the area.
Alarm systems went bust after a storm...alarms, that were not even set, blaring at 2 am. No one told me this would happen when I moved in. I had to figure out how to disconnect it myself. Staff rude when I called, of course upset, about it the next day. Supposed contracted alarm company never did come to fix it until right before I moved out.
Continually had to park up the block, not enough spots.
Seems like I had issues breathing when I lived there. Green mold growing up on outside wall by front door. Poor water drainage from roof caused pooling of water by front door when it rained. So much water my welcome mat kept floating off. They would not OK for me to have my vents cleaned, stated it had to do with the construction of the vents. I did not understand the clause in the lease you had to sign about radon gas.
Maintenance staff were pretty good when called with interior issues.
