I have lived in Mallard Crossing for about 5 months now, and I have to say its pretty good. People are friendly, the staff is good & responsive, i'd surely say its good enough for me. Funny that people think its pricey, because I don't think it is (but I'm also from E Coast, so everything is cheap here)
