I like these apartments, they are well kept and the staff is courteous and nice. We have had a lot of problems though because we have small children and we live on a second floor. Our neighbors downstairs are very bothered by the children's footsteps. They have a gym, and we take our children to the gym often, but frequently it is locked. My recommendation is that if you want a very quiet apartment, do not rent on the first floor. If you have dogs or children, do not rent on the second floor. I would not rent this apartment again, I would hold out for a first floor or go to a different complex.
