Location is great. The benefits of ducks walking around nearby is pleasing, but the creek itself the runs thru the units, while pleasing to look at, is a dumping spot for the nearby shopping center. They are fixing this supposibly, but I would not get your feet wet in the creek. The ceiling are a little thin. Heavy walkers are often heard & even heavy pets bouncing around. We were stuck with $300 pet deposit & told we can't have pets over 20 lbs. Drive by any day & you can spot roteweilers, dobermans, boxers, etc. I saw one woman walking 3 50 lbs dogs in front of the leasing office today alone. They are nice & maintenance is good until you move, then your in for it as they will find everything in the world to try and charge you for damage. This past winter after the ice storm the walkways & parking lot was never touched. I saw several people fall. Safety of the residents was absent for the entire week. No excuse.

Really sucks! As someone said the snow storms we had this past winter nothing was cleaned. I did fall trying to get out my door. The carpet thing, I to learned that the "pet" deposit was not what the lease says it is. Also if you look at the extra per month fee for pets it says it is for damages too with nothing being applied. Do they not think people document conditions and or keep their leases handy?People come into the complex and park for months at a time and do not live here, complain and they blow you off. BIG mean dogs obviously over 50 pounds. Was told in brochure and in person that would not be able to hear the up stairs neighbor. Horse crap. Sound like a whole village of big foots lived there. If they paid as much attention to the guy who pays for all the pretties around here it may be better. Their little get together for the complex is somewhat of a joke. You'd think they'd really make an effort to impress, but it is obviously just more of an effort. And Jeff the manager.... good luck with him when you move.

So they actually told you that you had to pay $700 for the carpet to be replaced? What a joke. How can they even hold you to that? I thought all that they could do was keep your deposit if the damage is that bad. I mean, it IS an apartment complex and they're going to have the replace the carpet now and then. Since that's a given, you would think that they would use the deposits for that. Does it really cost $700 to put new carpet in a tiny apartment??

Yes, they want it all as they say they can't replace just a part of it. Problem I have is that the pictures they took of urine stains were under solid heavy furniture where the pets could not get too even if they stood sideways & took aim.

I can't believe this. We too were charged for stains under the carpet when we moved out. That's right: under the carpet. We could not see any stains when we moved, and I spent hours cleaning that apartment. Did not receive deposit back, and we had to pay $700.00 for carpet replacement. INCREDIBLE!
