i would rate this as a two. I have been here for some time and 50% of the leasing staff our rude and have the attitude they are doing you a favor.
No life guard at the pool ever. To many dogs.
The apartments are getting old but they charge premium price. Not worth the money.
Parking is always a problem. When there was snow and ice sidewalks were not cleaned for days.
Will be leaving.

I agree with this review. Moved out in Aug. 2009. The staff is incredibly rude. For the amount of money you pay in rent, the women in the leasing office should be pleasant. One woman in particular is very rude and condescending. We always paid our rent on time and we never complained to the staff, yet this unpleasant attitude persisted. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for an apartment in this area to consider one of the neighboring complexes instead.
