I lived at Mallard Crossing Apartments for the past four years, ever since I moved to Louisville. The maintenance and office staff are very friendly, as are the neighbors. I have a dog and the path around the pond and the close proximity to parks is great. Whenever I had a maintenance request, they were out and had the problem fixed the next day. Very rarely did I hear my upstairs neighbors, and even less often did I hear the ones next door. I've read a couple reviews that stated that parking was a problem. I never had a problem parking right in front of my building, regardless of the day or time I came home. I am a single woman and never felt unsafe in any way, even when walking at night. My rent was only raised $11 the entire time I lived there, and had I renewed my lease again this year, it would have stayed the same as it was. I left because I bought a house. After I moved out, I received my entire security deposit back. I would definitely recommend Mallard Crossing!
