I stayed here for six months last year and enjoyed it for the most part. There were problems with the shower wall coming apart, missing blinds, and the place was pretty dirty when I moved in. However, the staff was actually really good about fixing these problems. If it weren't for the good maintenance and office staff I would not recommend it. But they were prompt in addressing my problems and took them seriously. It is a very nice part of town as well - old louisville is historic and beautiful. The residents are friendly and the washing machines downstairs were almost adequate (about 1/3 of the time I had to wait for a washer or dryer). If I end up in louisville again in the near future I would likely stay here again.

Since your posting the office staff has changed over twice. There is no maintenance man to speak of and the residents complexion has changed drastically. You might want to think about this.. oh yeah and the AC went out and they are not going to fix it.
