I have lived in sooo many apartments in the area. This has its benefits and I am glad that I didn't listen. This is an older building, but there are good and bad issues that come with that. One bad is that there are things that break and they need to be repaired. I heard on this site that maintenance was a problem, as it was slow. I haven't found that to be true. They have always fixed things in a reasonable amount of time. The good part of living in older buildings is that you don't hear your neighbors. Now I am in a town house, so I can't say anything about the noise of neighbors above or below me but, I forget that we have neighbors sometimes. It is so quiet. I love that. We had trouble sleeping due to our neighbors in other apartments.
If you have been living in other places and know a little about what you get when you live in a large complex, you will like it here.
The only complaint I have is about the pool. I moved here to have a pool. Because of the new law, supposedly, there is work to be done on the pool to get it open, new drains and covers or something. This should have been done already. I am upset that it hasn't been taken care of and that our pool remains closed.

not true I have had so many matience problems that never got fixed, I have had to harass them to get it fixed. As for the quiet it is super loud. There is people/kids screaming in the hallway. You must be the one lucky person in this whole complex
