I do not live in this particular complex, I live in Southwood Apartments, which is another Rivercity Properties building. All I can say is this has been a nightmare. We were flat out lied to by the manager about the type of people who live here. The sign on the front should say Jerry Springer Auditions, not Southwood Apartments. Its loud here, there is trash all over the place. We have roaches that wont go away and never will go away until they get rid of the sloppy trash that lives in this building. Complaining to the manager is useless, in one ear and out the other. If you value your personal belongings, if you have a nice car, if you want your children to be able to play outside or if you just simply enjoy privacy, peace and quite, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! No amount of money you would save is worth the misery.........
