I currently live in this hellhole called Park Lake & it's been nothing but problems from day 1! Leaky windows, horrible paint jobs (a CHILD could've done better), garbage everywhere, dog ---- everywhere (even thou there are "poop stations", most people there don't seem to understand how to utilize them), extremely noisy hallways, rude & incompetant staff & maintenance....I wouldn't recommend Park Lake to my worst enemy!

As your worst enemy, I appreciate that you would not recommend Park Lake to me or my henchmen. However, have you ever considered why Park Lake is such a hell hole? Perhaps it is because I own a controlling share in the property management company that runs the apartment complex. Perhaps I am systematically making your life as untenable as possible in order to thwart your attempts to stop my evil plans. Think about it. Moohoowaahahahaha!
