Park Lake is the best apartment community, I love my neighbors and my apartment.
I have a washer and dryer in the unit and I have free cable which is awesome.
Plus I was allowed to bring my pet with no pet rent.

No pet rent but HIGH pet deposits. I don't think anyone here is debating that good people live there. I think what people are complaining about is the poor management of a community that has endless possibilities. If they would keep the area free of trash, maintain the common areas in the buildings and get staff who are actually worth something then the community stands a chance. But as of now I will continue to steer people in another direction until the property is what they claim it is.

It was! The only good things that have been posted were by the office. If the place is sooo great why doesn't Claire live on site??? Angela does only because she doesn't drive!

they'll do anything to get you in. but once you are... forget about it... They "ran out" of the lease signing gift and never got me the gift card they promised. they never clean...
