I moved into Park Lake the summer of 2007, I am still a resident. It is not a bad place to live BUT it is goin down fast. Residents are not cleaning up after themselves and are ust being unsanitary. The common ways are never cleaned by maintenance. I am always getting extra charges on my account for no reason, all they can tell me is they dont know where it came from. The pool and the lake are nice in the summer. I just wish it was CLEANER!!!!!!! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
