My wife and I lived at Park Lake for two years. It started off good with a new fitness center and tanning bed we even had on-site maintenance staff . We where pretty happy with the place. Then the office staff changed and the property went downhill fast. Maintenance was non-existant and is now being sub-contracted out. Simple maintenance tasks like loose/broken handrails and leaky drains take a week and multiple phone calls to even get looked at, then another few days for the guy to show up with parts to rig up a fix. I called the apartment office twice regarding broken lights in the stairwell (a safety and building code violation) months later and the issue was still not fixed as of our move out date. Residents leave trash all over the halls and entry ways (dirty diapers, spilled gallons of milk, dog feces) There was a meth lab explosion. It goes on and on and on. Its a shame really.
