I have reading several of the reviews and many are legitimate. But, overall I am happy here. The last few months I have seen a big improvement in everything. The staff is nicer, the property looks better, the service has improved. I have still had to wait on some service requests, but I can tell they are really busy. Atleast it was done correctly when he did come over to repair the work.
