This place was horrible in every regard. The staff seemed small minded and nosy and I even heard another tenant complain that they opened a package she received to "see what she got". hmmmmm. Repairs are not done quickly or at all. Respectable tenants are belittled and some tenants are, ummmmm, well....they do not fit in a place where professional, respectable people want to live. There even seems to be various types of cruising (on foot and by car) in the parking lots. Dog poop is everywhere and the dumpsters overflow. The sidewalks are not made safe during winter snow events. The hallways are dirty and cobwebby. There are cars poking out everywhere and it's like an obstacle course just to get to your apartment. I live at Arcadia Square now and it is clean, serene, and a dream! Very nice management at Arcadia Square too. No Nosy Rosie's there!

I lived here both before and after it was purchased by the new management. The problems you write have greatly improved and many aren't problems any more.
