Yes, you've got to love these "beautiful" apartments... where child molester's reside yet Park Laureate's own Policies state that they don't allow FELONS to reside there (RIGHT....), where those great mirrors in the bedroom have cracks in them that the management doesn't repair, where the cleanly painted walls have hairs painted onto them (obviously, whoever did the painting didn't clean them first!)The counter tops have burn marks, closet doors are hanging or you plain can't get them open, screens are ripped and torn and no one fixes them, the appliances are a total NIGHTMARE -- old, dirty and banged up. I could go on and on... and on... but I won't. Suffice to say, they don't care. They just want your warm, rent-paying body on their rental roll.

Suggestion to all of you reading this... don't be fooled by the management's posts to this site as they pretend to be residents who are "thrilled" and "recommending this site to all their friends". PLEASE!! Most intelligent people can see a poorly designed attempt at an advertisement!

Thanks for posting this. I was looking at these apartments but some friends told me to check out some reviews first because they heard the crime in that area is bad. The management should quit, because you can tell that they tried to post comments that are 'short and sweet'. Your review was honest and I truly appreciate it. I won't be turning in an application there.
