All renovations & upkeep are focused on the exterior of the property. They show you a nice model, and then when it's time to move into your unit, you're shocked at the horrible conditions, but at that point you're stuck. Trying to persuade management to make interior improvements is a joke. As someone else said, all they want is your rent. They couldn't care less whether you're happy there or not. Plus, they require a 60 day vacating notice upon lease termination. How are you suppose to know what is going to be available somewhere else 60 days out' With this policy, you're stuck for yet another year at this dump or are forced to pay a ridiculous amount to get out of your lease, even after living there for years.

I know how you feel. I am a current resident. I live with 2 other roommates. We are trying to get out of our lease 6 months early because of all the problems. I think you could not have headlined it better! Good for you!

I completely agree!! They "lost" my vacating notice and claimed I owed them 30 days extra rent even though I moved, did a review (with no problems I might add, and someone else moved in to my apartment the week I left. And if that wasn't enough, they put me into collections without ever talking to me once or letting me know what they were doing because the "didn't have a forwarding address"...oops. They were rude and unprofessional and disgust me.
