This place is nice for the money you shell out. I got majorly screwed when new management took over in 04. My rent paymt was lost and I was unaware they did not recieve my paymt and I got home with a eviction notice on my door two months later. Granted I pay my rent in person but when I paid it they never told me I was a month behind when they wrote the receipt. They eventually found the check lodged in a crevice somewhere but now the eviction notice is on my rental history. And to make matters worse, when I moved out I had the apt inspected after having the carpet prof. cleaned as they said to do. The inpsector told me there was no problems w/ the drop of wood stain on my carpet near the door and I was good to go. The next thing I know I got a bill from them for $400 b/c they had to replace the whole carpet. What!!!!! That is still on my rental history as well. It was a nice place to stay until the new mngt came.
