I hate living at Park Laureate. The staff is rude and the maintenance does not do a good job. I moved in January and regret it. I moved here because it was supposedly nicer and more updated from my previous apartment community. An indoor pool doesn't matter, what really counts is a courteous staff and a service. This place doesn't have that. Please listen to me and the other reviews that you see here --- don't move to Park Laureate!
