The new manager is horrible. Very rude and unprofesional. I understand it takes a certain personality to deal with a place like this but come on. I wanted to renew my lease when it is up, but now that the new management is in office...forget it. I can't get out of here quick enough. I love my apartment. Very roomy and comfortable. The grounds are kept up very well. If only they took care of what is on the inside, which is not seen by everyone driving by, like they do the outside this place would be great. That includes treating current residents, who are ALREADY paying to live here, with the same kindness given to potential residents. You see, management is only nice to you until you sign those papers. Once you sign...it is all downhill from there. My dryer has never worked since day one. My electric bill is quite large due to the fact I have to run it through 2 cycles to dry even a small load. My oven temp doesn't work properly(try baking a pie or a very expensive rib roast). My closet shelves crashed down. My stair rail fell off. My screens are either gone or all bent up because they don't fit in the opening. My door handles keep breaking(they replace with cheap plastic ones). My outlet doesn't work. Ceiling fan falling. Etc. etc. etc. I wouldn't complain about all of these if they would fix them when you request it. You tell them, wait, wait, tell again, wait patiently thinking they must be real busy, wait, wait, finally either say forget it and live with it or do it yourself. And they still never ever show up. I have given them more than 1/2 year to fix things. I finally decided to forget it...I will be out soon enough. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I have lived in many apatment complexes and never had the problems I have here.
