I have been living here for 4 months and i like it. The grass is always green and the staff is friendly. I have lived at other communities in louisville and this is the best. I do not know the situations of others that have posted but everything id great!

I think this is management's pathetic attempt to counter the VERY REAL problems at Park Laureate - complete with typos.

I agree. They are probably trying to keep their ratings up. I hope others that read these see what is real.

I agree - Park Laureate is trying to get over the 50% mark - it's not going to happen until they change the way they treat people and address the maintenance issues. This place is going downhill FAST!

If you're just a resident and have a job and don't have time to visit the office, how in the *world* do you find the time to surf the internet and come to the defense of this place? What would PROMPT you to do a search on where you're living, oh busy and seemingly *disinterested* one? Quite frankly, I've never gone looking up where I live unless (a) I have a problem and I want to see if others are having a problem; (b) I'm insanely bored (which we know you're not because you're busy); or (c) I'm trying to help management look good. With regard to the IMMEDIATE vicinity and neighborhood, all anyone has to do is look around... there is a low income housing project DIRECTLY across the street (like from your patio, you're looking right at one of the buildings - you could throw a rock and hit it) which has brought in people who don't care about where they're living (broken blinds, towels in the windows, broken patio furniture laying outside, rusted out bicycles, etc.). Then there are the "gangsta" types you see walking around. You can't even go down to the corner gas station without feeling like you're living somewhere else - the police have just about stationed someone there 24/7. You see a constant stream of unsupervised kids coming and going who look pretty rough. This USED to be a nice part of town and a nice place to live. Not anymore. And all Park Laureate is doing is adding to the wonderful atmosphere. If you haven't noticed any of this, salukia, then you're blind. And using your real name doesn't mean you have balls in today's society... maybe no brains.

jokeisonu-- you are a racist!!! "Gangsta" types? What about the "cracker" types at park laureate. I am just trying to make a point. I personally do not believe in either stereotypes, but "rednecks" (another stereotype to make a point) from Kentucky sure do!
