Just like drugs, pass this complex by and keep going! We rented online because we were moving from out of state and did not want to store our stuff and live in a hotel when we got here. They were very helpful and even helped us with a challenging credit situation. They were still kind when we signed the lease. A few weeks later things in the apartment began to break and leak and no less than three calls had to be made just to get them to the apartment. Then it took no less than two trips, of course on different days, before the problem was actually dealt with. The office staff is extremely rude and see themselves as superior to anyone who would live here. We love our residents is only something to fill space on the newsletter, not a way of life here! People park everywhere, including in handicapped spots (when they are not handicapped) and residents are allowed to make entirely too much noise with no repercussions whatsoever. When I lost my job and my husband was injured at work, their basic attitude was "too bad", pay the rent, we don't care what your problems are. We asked for an extension and they never even bothered to call us back. If you are brave enough to move in here, be prepared for all of this and pray that you do not have any situation which requires any help, understanding or compassion, because they're all about the dollar, not the resident!

If you still live at park laureate we need to do something about this horrible management mentioned here and in every article. we need to let the greystar corporation know.

Greystar doesn't care, Continental Realty Advisors doesn't care either! They are the ones that brought the people in here that run the place! All they care about is the check we give them each month. The best thing tenants can do is give the notice required for the end of our lease and move out. Thats how we show our dissatisfaction with this hellhole. ALSO - Put all work orders into writing, make a copy, and if they are not completed, you will at least have back-up of your request if you have to break your lease. Did you know the one maintenance is the manager's husband! Its a JOKE around here.
