I recently entered the front office of the complex and was impressed to be greeted by the new Manager. She was friendly, courterous, and passionate about helping. She is extremely hands on and understands the needs of the residents.
Maintenance has improved 110% and after speaking with the new Manager I feel confident that work requests will be completed in a timely manner. All of our deferred maintenance issues have been resolved.
The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well kept. The grass is always bright green and landscaping is colorful.
I have seen an amazing transformation over the past month and am excited to once again be able to reccomend Park Laureate as a potential apartment choice in the area.
