I go to the office and the staff is yelling at each other, and nothing gets fixed. This place should lower the prices a lot because it is no different than the other crappy apartments around. Please, please, please do not live here.

I agree! Im still waiting for my microwave to be replaced. It has been two weeks now! I really need a microwave to heat my babys food.

I moved to Park Laureate in January. I had a former co worker that lived there and loved it. The new indoor pool is nice. The staff has been nice and helpful. I have no complaints. If your are unhappy call the Management Company. I see them here all the time walking the apartments. I plan to stay here until I buy a home.
