I have lived in Park Laureate on two seperate occasions, never had an ounce of problems with anyone. The office staff was always most helpful, the maint dept allllwwwwaaaaayyyys got to my request. When I moved out the first time, the complex let me go for next to nothing. The second time I moved out, to Florida, I moved out for literally 56.00. Eric in the front office was always helpful, and could always make you laugh. As far as the section 8 across the street, its a very quiet section 8, never any police around, no calls. I would move back to Laureate in a heartbeat if I needed to.
