This is the worst experience that I have ever had in my entire life.

I was lied to about the property, apartments, etc. to get me locked into a lease. When I moved in the promises that were made about the apartment cleanliness, landscaping and quietness were never addressed. I should have known when the first time that I met the manager, she said "As long as you pay your rent, then we will be fine." Well, we weren't fine. I guess she thought I have you locked into a lease now, there is no escape.

This property is the slums. The police are constantly coming to the property for loud disturbances, break-ins, assaults, etc. But this did not deter the hoodlums from sitting on my car and gathering outside in a drunken state of mind. Drugs are a serious problem here as well. I found a ziplock bag of drugs in front of my door.

I can't think of one good thing to say. My car was keyed and the office, of course, did nothing. All they cared about was me paying them the rent which was too high for all of the problems and headaches that I had to endure. The apartment stank after the deodorizer from them cleaning the carpets wore off. I was not happy there at all.

I finally broke my lease. I would rather pay to get out of there, then to live there.

very true they need help liek really bad and the y need to step up sec too some one to drive around the apartment dring the day and at night after the close its really bad here i'm i'm really thank about move after my lease is up and never comeign bakc u can put in a wokr order but only half of it gets done and mant will tell ya i'll be back to fix the rest but never come back it takesd them for very to do any thing around here i'v been here for a long time from 2003 to 2006 and will be here untill 2007 then i'm moveing you all take care

The people in the office will lie to you. We were told that changes were going to happen also, but absolutely nothing was ever done. I was told that loud music playing would be addressed right away, and if it did not stop the people would be asked to leave. My neighbors played loud music all the time, and nothing was done after I complained. The repairs that they said would be done were not done or were done incorrectly. I don't believe they even check out the people who move in. If the people have the money they will let them move in. Don't listen to anything that the staff in the office says they will lie about everything to get you to sign a lease.

I know all about the office staff lying. Anyone heard the bit about the rose bushes they are going to put in front of the unsightly meters, which happen to be right beside the doors on the townhouses? That one is a hoot.
