Has anyone seen this place lately' According to these few reviews it is a dump. Well, I'm here to tell you that I love living here and I would never live in a dump or at any place as it is described here. My apartment is great, I love my neighbors and the staff has always treated me very well, going on 2 years here now. I have referred several of my friends here and they are happy too. I just don't get it. You need to come to Pinehurst and see what you think. If you are like me, you'll see a great place to live with great people all around.

I lived at this dump for a year and hated every moment.Great people? The police are there almost every night. My neighbors would play loud music all night long, when they were finished yelling at one another. People would hang out in the parking lots smoking and drinking all night long. The first week I moved into my apartment someone tried to break down my front door. The office is horrible at addressing problems. They will lie to you about repairs. My apartment had windows that would not open. The office eventually told me thay did not have the money to replace the windows after lieing and saying the windows had been ordered. We would freeze during the winter because the heat did not work, and the problem was never fixed. Their solution to this problem was to move the thermostat. I came home and almost every week and the thermostat was in a new location, and it did nothing to solve the problem. The place is a dump. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

If you like living at Pinehurst then you must have a pretty low standard of living. Check out their fitness center! This bit of false advertising is hilarious.

pinehurst,is a drug infested crack house and chain smoking! we are moving soon it is impossible to breathe clean air here,the place really has no management at all they hold up for trash because they can sit on their ass and do nothing if it were all scum bags that's what they want it is a hell hole they raise your rent whenever they want believe me you deserve better if you are decent,if you are a scum bag by all means move their you will fit right in!

THE MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE,IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF DO NOT MOVE THEIR!THE LAUNDRY ROOM CAUGHT ON FIRE BECAUSE KIDS WERE SMOKING CRACK INSIDE!THE PLACE IS UNHEALTHY,A LITTLE CHILD WAS RUN OVER AND KILLED! POLICE SHOT AND KILLED PEOPLE!VERY VERY SCARY PLACE!MANAGEMENT ARE INSANE!

I would like to say i was considering moving to this place but now after reading the boards i have decided otherwise. I drove threw and all I saw was ------- american males smoking pot and drinking all over out side. lots of gang activity
