I have lived here two years and really enjoy it. The new staff has been great! The manager is wonderful! I hae had friends move in and they also love it. I do not understand why people complain the way they do.

People complain about Pinehurst because they are tired of paying such a high price for an apartment that goes unserviced. Also, let me know how you feel once your car gets scratched up from hoodlums sitting on it at all hours, once someone kicks your door in the middle of the night to try and break-in, once you find drugs outside of your door, and the unfriendly office staff who promise things that they never deliver on. Also, the red and blue flashing lights at all hours of the night tend to be a little disturbing. Apparently you have missed all of these problems for now. That is a few reasons why people complain about this horrible place called Pinehurst.

You live there and cannot understand why people complain. Are you blind and deaf. The place is a dump. When I lived there the police were constantly there. Every There were gangs hanging out in the parking lot smoking and drinking all the time. Cars were broken into on a regular basis. The staff would say anything to get you to sign a lease, but never follow through on what they promised. Things were not fixed in my apartment, and I would be told there was not enough money to fix the problems I complained about.

Are you in a coma or what? I agree with all the above. The apartments there were dumps and most of them should have been condemed. Turn on a police scanner and see how many times the police is there during a weekend. Though they have new local management now, most of the management issues where above the local issue. Walk through the parking lot on a Saturday night with a wallet full of money and see how much you make it home with. The place is full of little thugs and is nothing more than an east side hood.
