I just moved here from Michigan and the office has helped me find my way around. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and the pool is now open. I came here not sure about the move but I now enjoy it. I recommend Pinehurst for value and comfort.

This is word for word a letter management sent out: "IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY" "To all residents of Pinehurst Apartments: As you may have heard, there was a shooting incident on our property last night. Therefore, you, your family, co-residents and visitors need to be as careful as possible with respect to safety. We emphasize that it is a good idea for you to get to know your neighbors and always lock your apartment door whenever you are inside your apartment and whenever you leave your apartment. Always keep your windows or screens securely latched. If you have occasion to walk around the community at night, walk with at least one other person. We would also suggest that you contact your insurance agent and maintain insurance coverage for your own person and your personal belongings. If you suspect a crime has occurred or is occurring, you need to contact the police (or the 911 emergency services) immediately. Failure to do so could result in crucial delays. After first notifying the local law enforcement authorities, you should then contact the apartment answering service, management, courtesy patrol, and other appropriate personnel. If you wish to have additional locks installed, management will be happy to install these locks for you, at cost. Remember, management must have a key to all additional locks and requests for installation of additional locks must be in writing. As you can appreciate, no one can ensure your safety.
