Why all the hate, I do like pinehurst

My apartment is nice. I do not understand some of these comments because they are so emotional. It is an apartment and somehow, to some posters, it has become personal. I like the office staff and maitenance. But, I must say, the exteriors need serious help. The owner needs to fix up the buildings. The balconies are falling down. If someone falls off one of them they will own Pinehurst.
