beautiful grounds, lovely apartments,

my experience here has been quite good..

the management staff is both friendly and accomodating..ready to solve any problem that may arise.. they have been a great help to me in my move here and extremely helpful since..they go out of their way to make sure that the residents are happy and comfortable...they even run parties for the residents from time to time and all are welcome..

the maintenance staff is efficient, intelligent and well equipped, working steadily keeping both the premises safe and neat, apartments safe dry and warm..and even come in for seasonal checks to see if their are leaks, and ensure the proper and efficient running of heaters..and prep the apartments for the season..they are here during the day and are on call twenty four hours

parking appears more than adequate, pets are very welcome...even have a doggie run for those indoor dogs who need the exercise

the landscaping is done on a weekly basis keeping the grounds and pool, kiddie park area..very pretty and inviting..

i have been quite happy here and give it a great recommendation in all areas

Pinehurst once again is lying through their crack smoking teeth. Here they are again, posting comments as if they were tennants. what a bunch of crap.

wow...why don't they work on their issues instead of spending their time on APARTMENT RATINGS lying and pretending there are no problems? "beautiful grounds, lovely apartments" not so, there's no grass, just mud and dog feces. Absolutely no landscaping done except maybe at the entrance IF THAT (wait, the flowers that were at the entrance were FAKE, they probably consider that "landscaping") The apartments are falling apart and are overpriced for the lack of quality. (much less the quality of the neighbors) You can smell the neighbors smoke coming through the vents and their music shakes pictures off the wall. Please don't step out onto your balcony, it's not safe...you may end up downstairs! Contact the management- for anything, even something simple and you will quickly realize they are ANYTHING BUT "efficient, intelligent and well equipped"
