Lucky me, I took out a six month lease.

Two months after moving in, my truck was broken into.

According to the office who responded, crime was common in that area (and this is supposed to be the "nice" end of town).

He said that another car had been broken into that same night.

Two weeks later, my apartment was broken into! Nobody saw anything and no-one was ever arrested.

When I called the office to request a change of locks, they wanted to charge me.

There are supposed to be security doors for each building, but you can use ANY key to get in.

They tell you to use your apt key, but how can 10 different keys all work with the same lock' When friends came to visit, they used their house keys to gain entry to my building.

Also, I was told the gas heat was paid by the complex.

Wrong! It was split heating.

My monthly gas bill ranged from $40-$100 a month, not including personal electric (This is for a one bedroom).

The residents across from me smoked pot and parked on the lawn.

The indoor pool was never available for use, b/c of swim classes (not free, by the way).

Covering parking is available, by not exactly convenient.

Lucky for me, I took out a six month lease, but I still moved out one month early.

I would NOT recommend this apartment community to anyone.
