Summary: *ALL repairs took months to get fixed (if fixed at all) *6 months intermittent hot water (mostly cold showers) *roof leaked & puddled in living room *light fixture in kitchen fell repeatedly *master bath light fickered/didn?t work (fire hazard -loose wiring) *front windows - no weather seal & leaked in heavy rain * two steps of the stairs collapsed (took 2 months to repair) *pool and other touted amenities were rarely available or only open during business hours (unavailable to working people) *Was credited a months rent with promise to repair, 3 months later still taking cold showers. The NEW MANAGEMENT refused to let us out of our lease two weeks early.
