I lived in Cincinnati in an AIMCO property, it sucked, then transferred here thinking it would be better- It isn't, just more expensive. Shoddy building materials, as cheap as possible. Maintenance workers have no idea what they are doing. Office staff is quick to point out if they can charge more $$$ but if you need something- forget it!! Noisy, trashy poorly lit and dirty!!!
