An apartment is an apartment, not an estate or a penthouse.
I have lived at Plainview since March and there have been a tremendous amount of improvements. The new manager has installed new lighting, dog walking areas, improved maintenance, resident parties, and renovated exercise room.
No complex can guanrantee every resident will be a good one, but overall the apartments are quiet, clean and friendly. The rents are reasonable, and in keeping with the area.
