I lived there for 3 years, 2 in 1 bedroom, 1 in 2 bedroom.

I didnt have much problems when lived in 1 bedroom, except when they let some trashy young boys move in downstairs and would have party's and slam their front door all the time.

When I moved into the 2 bedroom at first I have to pay big deposit because I needed a bigger apartment, but then at move in they didnt have apartment ready for me due to water leaking out on carpet from the furnace.

We had our ceiling start leaking late at night called maintenance looked at it, it was coming from upstairs washer, said for us to keep buckets out to catch water.

the ceiling was almost ready to fall in it was bubbling so bad ruined my computer desk, but of course didnt get acknowledged.

THey had to end up completly redue the ceiling.

A couple months later happened again.

When we resigned our lease we were promised a ceiling fan, but after a year never recieved it.

They just said they didnt have enough and kept promising it would come.

I just am sooo glad I am out of the place.

Never again.

Noisey neighbors, poor maintenance, poor staff.
