Make sure when you move in that they will not be building carports or garages in front of your apartment.
We now have 3 parking spots for 8 apartments for this end of the street, unless you want to pay another $80 a month to rent one.
In my opinion parking should come with your apartment for free.
Also used to have bill pay and was charged rent twice in one month.
Money was tied up in the bank and overdraft charges accrued.
Bank fixed the problem after 5 days of Plainview not fixing it.
Can hear overheard neighbors at all hours of day and night.
Need more insalations between floors and ceilings.
