I have never seen such cheap, low class people who will do anything to get money from others. We lived in this apartment from 2003 may till 2007 April. We vacated on 13th April and gave the key same day. We did a mistake by not doing getting the final move out conciliation.Now we realize how much a mistake it was. They gave us a move out bill of 1200 dollars. We are surprised as we cleaned everything before we left. When we called up after seeing the bill. Manager was so rude and was not ready to give any proper answer. He said we moved out only on 30th April. We told him we moved out on13th april and gave the key. His response was i dont know all that. I got the key in my desk only on 30th april.In the meanwhile they have messed up the apartment as much as possible and showed us the photo as it was bad. We are really surprised to see those pictures coz the apartment was no where near to how it looked in the pictures. Its only theifs and cheaters working there. They will do anythng to get money from you. Beware

Geez, how much lower can they get? I mean don't they have any such feelings deep down inside their dark hearts in that office? I also almost made the mistake of getting an apartment there. They showed me an apartment that I was not quickly impressed by. The place was small, but not big enough to put furniture or a bed in. Another thing that changed my mind was that they kinda forced me into getting it and not letting me thing about my other options..plus wanting my money right away. Well I decided to make my final decision and not move in and get my money back for good. Never again will I get sucked into a bad deal if i feel it isnt right, esp. for Plainview.

We had a similar experience....We lived in their dumpy apt "home" on a month to month basis while our beautiful home was being built. We told them we would move out around June 6-10. They said we had to pay for the full month and they would return the prorated amount to us when we returned the key. We cleaned the place better than the condition it was in when we moved in and left the key. Then we get a statement from them saying we owed them money. We had our attorney deal with them and they finally paid us what they owed us, but only if we would remove our negative reviews from the Apt Ratings website and they also reported us to a collection agency. To this day this incorrect dishonest totally bogus dispute still shows up on my credit report. Time to call my attorney again. I may sue for damages to my credit this time.
