Incompetence all around

When I was to move in the apartment wasn't ready.

When I actually moved in one bathroom was filthy and the toilet had to be replaced it was so dirty.

I was charged double rent one month and the extra money was taken out of my bank account; I had to wait over a weekend to have it replaced.

I asked to have an ill-fitting storm door rehung; it never fit its opening, even after maintenance worked on it.

I was billed for utilities in a manner I could never understand; when I had it explained to me it made no sense at all.

At the end of my stay I badly needed a refrigerator replaced but I couldn't get anyone to do it, mainly because the contact information I was given was inaccurate.

After five days, and after my food had spoiled, I was given a refrigerator that leaked.

A sorry mess all around.
