We lived in this dump for only six months two and a half years ago.
Bad experience from day one.
When we moved out Plainview/AimCo owed us money, but they claimed we owed them money.
Well my attorney contacted them and they agreed to pay us what they owed us only if we removed a review like this one.
We could not see why we should remove our review since it was true and besides they owed us money no matter what.
We removed the review, they mailed us our check, but they also reported us to a collection agency and the damage still remains.
We have excellent credit, but everytime a credit report is done on us our score is lowered because of this bogus dispute with Plainview Apts.
They never took care of their part in this matter.
Now we will have to sue them for any type of financial damages we have suffered because of lowered credit scores.
We will also be adding our previous review about this terrible place and company in the next few days.
The truth must be told.

Wow..you sound very bitter.
If I were you, I'd seek therapy for that.
All I have to say is BOO HOO people, dont you have anything better to do than gripe and complain? I am very disappointed with this site, it seems to harbor negativity.
