I HAVE LIVED AT PRESTON OAKS FOR YEARS AND HAVE SEEN THE MANAGEMENT CHANGE VERY OFTEN BUT SINCE THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT HAS TAKEN OVER I HAVE SEEN A DRASTIC CHANGE. THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. PRESTON OAKS IS DEFINATELY THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN THIS AREA!!
