If you have any other viable option, I would highly recommend avoiding this apartment complex. The management is extremely discourteous and uncooperative when matters relate to tenants, but as another reviewer has already noted here, they become extremely attentive to detail when the rent payment is due. The cost of rent is unusually high considering the age and quality of the apartments. Also, if you choose to live in one of these apartments, prepare yourself for various inconveniences arising from management's refusal to renovate these as well as their inability to address maintenance concerns (every possible problem including plumbing, heat, electricity, etc.) in an intelligent manner. There are also various crime and safety issues, so it is definitley not a place to raise children. In short, this place is a complete disappointment. Don't make the mistake we made in choosing to live here. There are plenty of better alternatives for apartments in the vicinity. If I found them, you can too.
