no place to live' don't go here. you'd be better off in your car. this dump is the worst of the worst for the location it's in in louisville, and the management are terrible. i never got anything done on time, and once when my toilet clogged, it took them four days to even get someone to undo it. the management are as bad as the place itself. they are terrible, and if anyone is saying on here they love this place or it's great, they must have come from a cardboard box before because it is awful place to live!

I have had problems with my air conditioner being broke, and yeah it did take them a couple days before they got to it. But, it's in safety of their maintnence workers also. When I talked to Eric, he knew I was very frustrated with it. Renee & Eric were both very pleasing people to talk to. They explained the problem & both were very understanding to the state of frustration I was in. Being in college, my roommates & I have received AMAZING deals on such nice, spacious apartments. Quit being so simple minded... just because you cannot get along with the management doesn't mean it's a "dump" to live in. It's absolutely FABULOUS! & I have recommended it to many people.

rene and eric are a bunch of idiots! they LIE!!!! If I could hit Rene in the face without being thrown in jail I would! As for Eric! OMG please dont get me started on him! He tries to act all nice and innocent when you need help but never follows thru! I had him back into a corner thats why I got my 3rd floor apt. There both jerks! They need to be fired!

wow. I'm going to have to say that the assessments on management are way off when they complain. My wife and I have lived here in three years and not once had a problem with the staff. All of our maintenances problems ( very few ) get fixed day of or next day. They are very understanding and friendly. We have stayed here three years for a reason. Anybody that has complained has probably been a nightmare tenant and/or loves to bellyache. Eric was cool. The new girl is very kind. And Rene is awesome. She just doesn't put up with lousy tenants that bring down the neigborhood. I highly recommend the apartment complex.
