the place is not safe, expensive and run-down

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I lived at 840 river dell court for 1 year, after that, I was outta there. These units are run down and my neighbors were rude and would frequently kick down the door. SO, therefore the door to the outside was never locked because it stayed broken from all the idiots that lived there and management never fixed the door, nor kicked out the neighbors. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!
