If you're over 23 and have a real job you won't like River Hell. We had noisy obnoxious teenage kids living below us and the management did nothing about them. They told us to call when it was happening so they could send someone over, but about the 6th time I called and left a message after being woken up at 3am I realized they were just kidding. The manager was so rude! She actually told me that she had spoken to the downstairs kids co-signer and that the co-signer said that the kid was nice and so I must be making up lies. YEAH, OF COURSE HIS MOMMY WOULD SAY THAT! HOW ABOUT SOME RESPECT FOR A WORKING MARRIED COUPLE THAT DIDN'T NEED A CO-SIGNER'' My favorite was the night those "nice" kids were standing on their patio screaming racial slurs for all to enjoy. I also smelled pot in the hallway of my building every day. We broke our lease after 6 months and rented a 3 bedroom house in a nice area for just $25 more than we were paying at River Hell. A friend of mine lived in the next building down and her bathroom ceiling collapsed and never got fixed. I will say that the pool by the office was nice.
