I have lived at River Hill for 2 years and have been very happy here. It is a perfect location close to downtown, campus, and east end parks, restaurants, and malls. The staff both office and maintenance are extremely nice, helpful, and available. The apartments are a little older but they are room and are a great price.

Sorry, I couldn't sacrifice location for my safety anymore. This place was dirty, unsafe, and the office staff are rude! I had property stolen and when I went to the office to complain, they could have cared less. They just gave me the phone# and apt# of their 'courtesy officer'. Funny thing is, I found out that a car parked near his apartment was vandalized one night. Wow, it does a lot of good to have a 'courtesy officer' in River Hill!! If you respect your safety, time, property, and money, do not move here!!!
