Great apartments for a nice part of town

This really is a nice place to live, with a few caveats. I'll go ahead and list those below:
--the one bedroom apartment is SMALL. I'm talking go outside to change your mind small.
--when I lived there, the maintenance on the washers/dryers was spotty at best, which wasn't good for a single guy trying to get his laundry done.
--FROM WHAT I'VE HEARD, the Ohio River has been known to come up to the entrance at the bottom of the hill (the apartments are at the top of the hill and well away from danger). This could be the pits if you've gotta get out.
Aside from that, the staff here is superb and the amenities are really very nice. It's also one of the more reasonable apartments in this area. I NEVER felt unsafe and there was always plenty of parking (even though backing my car up was always a little bit of a trick--the space is pretty tight).
Overall, if you can manage the cramped quarters, you'll be living with some fine people and a great staff.
